How to create a free website using blogger?
    1. Open the browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox,etc...)
    2. Sign in to the browser using mail in which you like to open the blog page.
    3. Type "Blogger" or "Blogger". And search.
    4. On the 1st page of the search results, you can able to see "www.blogger.com".
    5. Click the link.
    6. If you are new to blog click on "Create a blog".
    7. Choose the name in which you want to display your blog.
    8. Choose the URL(Uniform Resource Locator) for your blog.
    9. Enter the "display name". 
    10. The blog page created successfully.
